Free medical care is provided both onsite and offsite

Seasonal floods, landslides, and other sudden crises regularly devastate poor communities in Nepal, many of which lack reliable medical care, safe water, or resources to withstand emergencies. Climate change has only deepened these vulnerabilities—driving rising temperatures, shifting rainfall patterns, melting Himalayan glaciers, and more frequent extreme weather.

House with Heart responds through Community Aid & Disaster Relief across the Kathmandu Valley. In addition to providing emergency assistance in the aftermath of disasters, we deliver ongoing humanitarian support: distributing food, clothing, and essential supplies, and organizing medical outreach and health education.

  • Disaster Relief after floods, landslides, or earthquakes, including food, blankets, clothing, and shelter materials.
  • Medical Outreach & Public Health campaigns, such as HPV vaccination drives, free clinics, and menstrual health workshops.
  • Water & Sanitation Initiatives, including providing clean water filters to reduce illness in underserved communities.

By combining disaster response with ongoing aid, House with Heart helps communities withstand both sudden shocks and chronic hardship. Meeting immediate needs while building trust, we stand alongside Nepali families through crisis and recovery.
