House with Heart provides a safe, permanent home for Nepali girls at risk of abandonment, poverty and exploitation. In our Kathmandu family residence, they receive shelter, nutritious meals, medical care, and tutoring to help them thrive.

Our Skillful Hands program offers free sewing classes for Nepali women with little or no formal education, helping them gain skills for small businesses or tailoring jobs. It also employs women to craft handmade goods, sold abroad with proceeds supporting our charitable work.
